Horses Available For Adoption The Trainer/Owner listings will comprise of horses that are available straight from Florida tracks and training centers. The horses in these listings are not owned by the Run for the Ribbons Inc., and prospective buyers will be responsible for contacting the current owners with any inquires about the horse. In order to build this network we have volunteers available in the Ocala area for all Thoroughbred farms, in South Florida at Gulfstream Park and in Tampa at Tampa Bay Downs. .
