Schooling Shows / Open Arena Days

Run for the Ribbons was founded in 2014 as a local show series open to ALL-BREEDS, with proceeds supporting our aftercare mission.

While our retraining and adoption efforts have expanded, our show schedule has adapted over time. We’re proud to continue our popular Jackpot Jumper Series—a timed speed round using a divisional format inspired by barrel racing. It’s designed to welcome riders of all levels, with fair competition and fun prizes. Entry is $30 per horse, plus a $20 grounds fee.

We’re also introducing Open Arena Days (dates TBA), providing flexible schooling opportunities. Check back for more updates!
